The new town is ready called Knowles Terr. You can buy here a house and furniture for it.

The whole point from houses is gaining energy, if you buy a house you will be able to add furniture, and once you've bought all furniture to your house you will gain some energy. The best house with all furniture means: 10 extra energy per 10 minutes!!! That's a lot... but remember it's expensive too AND you've got to have every day a million in your hands to be able to pay your house.

And if this is not just enough, your wife or husband will be able to enjoy your house too! You can invite him/her into your house by going to "your house" and then he/she will get energy too...
