Anniversary

During the Anniversary, there were some updates:

INGAME UPDATES
City's Rumbleshot at wasteland 45,10 and Devine Court at 60,34. They are like sister city's, you can get a disease when you are in Rumbleshot, to heal from this desease you'll have to go to the Devine Court for medical assistence. A great thing that has been added is a "Stats-For-Gold-System". In Rumbleshot, you can buy 100 stats for 50 million gold with a chance of getting ill (once a day) and in the Devine Court you can buy 50 stats for 100 million gold without a maximum. Like narcotic's :p. There is also a new very strong NPC added, called "Tim".

DONATIONS UPDATES
-You can buy 100 stats for 10 dollars
-In the month of July, you'll recieve a GC for every dollar you spent on VIP's
